Local Saskatoon Pickup:
We offer free local pickup for our Saskatoon customers. Once your order is ready, you will receive a text or email with the pickup location and instructions.

Standard Shipping:
Please reach out via our contact form to arrange shipping. As a small local business, we are still growing and do not yet have high-volume partnerships with shipping companies to provide automated or discounted rates.

Processing Time:
Because we offer free custom engraving, please allow 2 to 4 business days for us to personalize your bottle before it is shipped. During city events or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

What if my bottle arrives damaged?
We pack our bottles securely, but if your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the bottle.

Can I change my shipping address?
If you catch a mistake in your address, please email us immediately.
